National Federation of Anti Discrimination Bureaus

The National Federation of Anti Discrimination Bureaus is the branch organization of the bureaus and as such does not deal with complaints about discrimination. In case you have a complaint or question about discrimination, please find a bureau in your area. You can find a complete list of bureaus here.

National figures on complaints of discrimination in 2003

The National Federation has published the national figures on complaints of discrimination in 2003. The report was presented to Miriam Sterk, member of Parliament for the CDA on the 7th of July 2004. The report (in Dutch) can be downloaded as a pdf-file.

Guidelines Discrimination
On April 1st 2003 the new Guidelines Discrimination of the College of Attorneys-General became effective. The Guidelines contain rules concerning investigation and prosecution of discrimination as well as procedural regulations for the Public Prosecution's Office and police concerning complaints of discrimination. The new Guidelines contains the recommendations of the National Federation of Anti Discrimination Bureaus (LVADB) and the National Bureau against Racial Discrimination (LBR).
